CHONGQING SHANFENG CAMSHAFT CO., LTD. was founded in 1994, is original located in NO 8 Science & Technology Development Zone, Hubei District, Chongqing, China.  In May 2009, our Company completed the relocation of remote and now located in entrepreneurial base of small and medium enterprises (Chongqing Ring Expressway of longxing exit),Longxing town, Yubei District. Our company covers an area about 53 square kilometers with total assets over 90 million RMB yuan, the building area is about 30 square kilometers. There are 520 employees, including more than 50 people who are senior and middle level professional.

Our Company specialized in producing camshaft for motorcycle engines, general-use gasoline engines and balance shaft, diesel engine camshaft and balance shaft. We have an annual productive capacity of 5 million various types of camshaft and balance shaft. Company has a regular organization, which consists of nine functional departments, a foundry, three machine plants, and has a regular management system.

Our company has 350 sets (sets) of various types of production equipment, such as CNC cam grinding machine (CNC), CNC machining centers, CNC lathes, CNC hobbing machine, CNC gear shaving machine, CNC cylindrical grinders, CNC milling, injection molding machine, automatic washing machines, etc. The CNC rate of equipment is over 70%.

Our company is capable for self-supporting the casting and blank of camshaft and Balance Shaft pieces. The company's foundry is equipped with a vertical-type non-pressure molding line box shot (ZZ416A) and has an annual output capacity of 6,000 tons of castings. Thus, it is capable for undertaking external casting operations in addition to support the need to meet the company itself and now producing rail accessories plate for high-speed railway departments.

Our company has passed ISO/TS16949 and ISO9001 quality system certification. It has set the measuring chamber of testing center and CMA, which includes testing equipments of more than 30 pieces (sets), such as cam detector, gear tester, roughness tester (UK Taylor), contour meter, three-coordinate measuring instrument, blast furnace hot metal rapid analysis instrument, molding sand testing instrument, universal testing machine, magnetic particle testing machine, metal analysis spectrometer (Germany SPECTRO Company CFE5/7D type, etc. and fully able to meet the need of product quality control.

Our company has become the global sourcing suppliers for Japan's Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Japan Yamaha, Japan Honda, Japan, Yanmar and the United States Briggs & Stratton. It has always been the designated supporting unit of the important products for enterprise Briggs & Stratton, Chongqing, Chongqing Jialing Honda, Thailand, Honda, Kohler Yin Xiang, Chongqing, Taizhou Yamaha, Chongqing Jialing, Chongqing Lifan, Chongqing Loncin, Chongqing Run-pass, Wuxi Cape, Shanghai Xing Bo, Fujian Long Teng, Fujian joint, Zhejiang Kang Site, Suzhou pairs of horses, etc and the productions are also exported to the United States, Japan, Europe, Africa and Southeast Asia.

In August 2006, our company has been identified as one of the first 11 general-purpose engines "export base" companies by Chongqing Municipality and has the right to operate import and export.
